So you've paid for the workshop, but cannot attend at the last minute, will you get a refund?

If you register and cannot attend due to health reason or an unfortunate loss in the family, we will initiate a credit transfer. This means, the amount you've paid can be transferred to a future workshop. However, to proceed with this, we require some documentation for proof such as a medical certificate.

Alternatively, if you are unable to attend the workshop for any other reason, you may get a replacement to take your seat. We are happy to do a name transfer for you!

We hope you understand, because the payment for the seat and the items required would have been made already, so we are unable to refund in these situations as it will be a loss for us.

I have a minor medical ailment, what happens then?

If you have a minor medical ailment, please let us know via WhatsApp and we will do our best to make the workshop as comfortable as possible for you.
